I have a problem(who doesn't
I attack a province with a fortress,I destroy the units in the province and I conquer the city BUT the game says that I CONTROL the province while the enemy still OWNS the province
Please can somebody tell how can I CONTROL and OWN a city when I attack it(with a fortress)???

Well... That's the point of expanding your territory... Take over some provinces so that you CONTROL it... Then offer peace to the nation you are warring with. You can ask for provinces you have taken (CONTROL) from them. A maximum of 3 provinces can be asked

Yep, ownership can only change after you have concluded peace and received the province in this peace.

Volture and Bylandt are, of course, right. You're at war with another nation. If the war is still going on (no peace treaty) the legally owner of the province is still your enemy (although you control 'manu militari' the province).

By the way, it doesn't matter if the province has or hasn't a fortress.

If it has a fortress you will have to lay siege to capture the province... If it has got no fort you can walk in and claim it right away
