Hello there! I would like to start off with that I'm much appreciated to anyone who can help me with these issues.
I wanted to install a mod called Black Ice for Hearts of Iron 3 but the download link sends me to the Paradox Interactive forms to download it and I get the vBulletin Message which you get if you hadn't Registered the game but I have Hearts of Iron 3 Registered along with the expansion packs(Semper Fi,For The Motherland,Their Finest Hour) and I don't believe I can post a message on the Hearts of Iron 3 Forms ether.I also seem to have Account issues as-well.For instance I cannot go into 'My Profile' and I get the vBulletin Message again.
Again help is much appreciated.I don't know if there is really something wrong or if I just overlooked something that was right in front of me and I'm a total dunce(idiot) but any information is helpful.
