need help with core provinces

Just having picked up this great game again after a years break, reinstalled it and applyed the new patch, I find myself annoyed that Flanders still get a very large French minority when created And a destinct feeling Arlon and Bastogne could be Wallonian.
I remember that I read a thread on this very subject last time I played and was able to change the core provinces of these minors, but alas I cannot find the thread nor will my fading memory recall how to do this, therefore; can you please help me?

go to db then scroll down until u find the file called revolt find the tag called fla then remove the two ids of the two provences scroll down that file even more untill u come to tag named wll an d then type those two id into there

to get the ids of provences press f12 and type in showid

and also the ids could be in any of these bottom 3 lines

date = { day = 1 month = january year = 1936 }
expirydate = { day = 30 month = december year = 1947 }
minimum = {
45 50 51
}
extra = { 49 46 44 43 18 }
capital = 51
