I'm looking to create 2 events:

The first simply puts Germany at war with the USSR in or around June/July of 1941. The second puts Japan at war with the USA (and the USA in Britain's alliance) in or around November/December of 1941.

I'm having a hard time figuring out the syntax and exact commands I need to use. Can someone help?
