Need help, with a rather easy question...

Right, to get straight to the point, I have this savefile, and I want to make France paternal autocrat, by meddling around in it, can anyone help, how should I do?

(This is to be idiot proof, I am not very good at this, and please no computer terms)

You have to give France a head of government who had PA alignment himself. See their minister file first if there is anyone suiting in there. You can then either edit the savegame to replace the old head of government with the ID of the new one, or you edit the minister file to give the acting head of government the PA alignment. But be careful, that might affect other ministers.
