I believe to have done all stuff correctly, I checked it again and again, but it still gives me after picking the Nation and launching "the scenario still have errors", or similar message (I don't have ENG version).

I edited the EUG file (forming some alliances), removed MAN, DEN and AUS, and gave their land /army (with copy paste, and modified IDs and TYPE to suit GER and JAP ones) to GER and JAP for now.
And added some German navy.

Dunno where I'm doing wrong.
Anyone can help me?

First look

your error message is generic, so this is shooting in the dark.

if you missed so much as ONE provence id, when you made your changes, you will get errors. HOI2 checks to see that every provence ID is assigned. Start here.

Also, a good way to test is to make a copy of the unmodified game, and "Introduce" your changes is steps. Every "clean" step confirms that your problem lies elseware.

I assigned all Province ID (removing 3 nations I was sure to have copy pasted all their provinces to the new owners).

I already started to test the parts to modify, but it's really really a long long walk since I've to reload the game everytime cause I cannot save the text files when game is open.

As already stated, you really need to make your mod very carefully and in stages...

I doubt you will be able to find the error nor would the chances of anybody being able to help you be high, Im afraid...

You will probably have to start over, Id suggest doing the editing for one nation at a time, at least then if you have a problem the chances of finding it are higher...
