Need help on Ex 3025 commander edition

Can someone explain the color coding for the new galaxy at war map? I know red = pirate, yellow = newly conquered, purple = lucrative contract(?), but what are the systems with a green circle?

Also, I'm getting regular comstar report of what's happening on X world but there doesn't seem to be a system search option by name, only filters. Finally, is it possible to set multiple criteria in the same drop-down filter like highlighting all 2,2.5 and 3 skulls that has X,Y and Z planet tags?

I've also noted that there are now Faction Icons at certain planets, which I believe means there is an actual Priority Mission at that location.

Not sure about green though, so I'd like to know as well.
