Need help installing V1.1 patch...

Can some1 tell me step by step process of installing the patch. Somehow what i am doing isn't making my game convert into V1.1. Here is what i did... I downloaded the file, then extracted dd_1.exe into Doomsday 2 (back up file) in the program file. Then i clicked on dd_1 icon and it says that version 1.01.00.0 is already installed but when i try to play a game, it still says version 1.0... HELP PLEASE.

Just install DD, then install the patch. No need for backup or anything.

Here come the problem :

the patch is looking for hoi2.exe. So if oyu have already hoiII installed, you have to unistall it, then only you will be able to use the patch on DD exe.

On the other hand, if you did apply the patch ond have a HOI II also installed, take a look in the HOI II folder, the .exe icon should have changed. So copy and past it in DD folder, and enjoy to not have the exp problem

Remember, you need to have the HOI2 install inorder to ue the expansion DD. My install and patch worked with out any issues.
