Need help in locating Vicky!

OK, so flame has died out and better game is great and it will be even better in 1.04 or 1.05
Now I don't want another huge thread just some help.
I've got a Vicky as a gift so I can't help my friend to buy Victoria.

1. Please give me some links of webshops that sells Vicky in Europe and USA -cheapest - better (price and shipping) and that accept Visa. (UK?, USA?)

2. Also, please give me some good links for buying games online in UK, and USA with good prices and good supply of new games etc...

Well thanks Rafiki - I found Victoria for 51 Canadian dollars and free shipping worldwide... not bad...

Others - please reply regarding UK and good game web shops in UK (or USA) also what is better to buy Strategy First version or UK english version (Koch)?

Is European version on preorder, some web sites listing 26 march as release date, I guess that new copies are printed?

KOCH UK got Vic at the same time as the other publishers, they are just being asses and not releasing it yet. It's exactly the same game as the US version, but they might release it with the 1.03 patch (assuming they have a brain). For buying in the UK when it comes out amazon.co.uk normally has the best prices.
