need help getting no time limit patch

im looking everywhere for a no time limit patch that actually works, because every link i have already search has failed!
please help me . By the way im about to buy the original Vicky 1 on steam. so im updated to any new exe of vicky.

The extended time limit patch does not work with the steam version of Victoria. The Amazon version does, however.
