Basically, I am playing Serbia, achieved GP status, got only Bosnia, Slavonia, Suez and Bilboa. All of a sudden, shortly before 1900., Germany forms and annexes everyone, including Austria. Now I am in a pickle as
1. Germany has allied UK(How the hell I don't know, all I know is that now I won't be able to rely on Crisis-es
2. Can't pass social reforms as my government is completely mixed up, for now I am promoting socialists, as I want to incorporate cultures faster for NF points
3. Ottomans are in Russia's SOI so I can't attack them and call Russia, plus Ottos are allied to Sweden and Netherlands that have military access through Germany. My only hope is to wait for them to declare war on Egypt, then I can join Egypt when they call me and not risk losing Russia as an ally. Basically, for now I can only munch on the Balkans and wait for a miracle.
Do you have any ideas that can help me?
