Need help editing save game

Here's my problem. I am playing Italy in CORE and was doing well.(own ME, Africa & India and a few USSR provinces) However I invaded England and surrounded the capital about 6 months ago and was just repulsed by the 9 division garrison. It now has a 39 div garrison! Now I knew that the units didn't lose org like they should for being surrounded in the capital but this is ridiculous. How the bleep are they getting in all of these fully orged reinforcements? And not just British but a few US divs too!

I'm about ready to give up. Is there anyway to find the units in London in the save file and give them the 0 org they so richly deserve for being starved for 6 months?

Easily. Look for "location = 499" string (just double check that 499 is in fact London - I may remember it wrong).
