Hi ! I am new to this cities skyline , so I got some question here to ask , hope to get some help and info .
I saw many youtube video on how to start game and etc ... but I saw many of them the build is not the same like what I done on it , theirs building tools a bit different with mine , which is they can plant trees and build something that I cant find in my game ?
Is it any other thing need to download so that can do the same thing like them ?
Where can I find it ?
Thanks for watching my thread :)

Sounds like they are using mods from the Steam Workshop.

Trees are under the tab that looks like a shovel stuck into the ground (a little patch of green). (Terraforming menu.)

Might be that they started their game with the unlock all mod. You will find this mod under Content Manger.

Yes.
Some things/functions are locked at the beginning of each game. As the game progresses (your population increases), you will have more and more access to different items.
But as has been indicated, if you desire, you can use the in-game mod that will unlock everything from the very start of your game.

From your description it does sound as if the YouTubers are using mods and assets from the Steam Workshop. There are over 100,000 available- many are excellent and can transform your experience when playing Cities Skylines. If you decide to use mods then your PC specifications will determine just how many you can run before encountering problems.
