need change in culture, need help!

I am the king of Scotland (Dunkeld dynasty) and when educating my children I tend to make them good stewarts. but sometimes they turn to their guardian culture and this annoys me quite a lot. I end up having monarchs and members of my dynasty catalan,norwegian,irish,german and of course I acquire the -30 bonus for being foreigner.I would like to know if I can mod some files to avoid this educational non sense.

And it's really realistic... I mean... If you learn 10 years, from 6 to 16, from a German o French... You would incorporate his culture too.
