Note I only get 25ish MP from 50ishk people, this is because my defence spending is only at 50%, normally you'd want it at 100% when converting.

I was about to give advice, but then I realized I don't know to get to that Population window posted above. Can someone tell me how to get there?

I'm not actually playing that game, I just had to switch to Prussia to check some stuff and take that screenie. It's probably something to do with the fact I just triggered all my new revolution events 2 or 3 times.
