So, the main objective of my current game was replace catholicism on the map with reformed germanic, and after 250 years of playing as the Empire of the Fylkirate the only christians left are the orthodox of the Bizantine and the Catholics of Lombardy (started on charlemagne. Nearly all the game was about blob fast as a norse empire and then weakening france every time i can with raiding armies that obliterated their military ). My empire covers nearly all europe. With only italy, iberia and greece left.

Now i plan on holy war the lombards, the muslims of iberia and then the Bizantine.

Well... i think i will do that on the next 200 years or so.

So.... when i have done all that. And here is when i need advice from more experienced players... i want to destroy my giant germanic blob and give independence to every kingdom because my objective always is religious on nature... and i want to port this game to eu4.

So:

1. The christian will do a comeback if i lose control of every germanic kingdom of my empire, or they will remain reformed germanic?
2. The most difficult thing about blobbing this game was unity. Those damned factions keep wanting to destroy me empire from within... ¿how i can control a big empire with those damned factions? Almost every war i have fought was against my vassals. Well them and france. I want unity until all europe is germanic, after that i dont care.
3. When the mongols arrive and i have fragmented my empire, they will win? Or the fylkir can unite the peoples against them? Can i convert them into reformed germanic?
4. When the aztecs arrive (yessss i love that dlc). And i cannot unite europe against them or i lose the war, i will have a nahua europe?
5. The only thing i dont want is a christian europe (im from south america so i dont like my ancestors genocides being christian so much hahha). This will make problems with Eu4 mechanics?

Thanks in advance for your answers

1. If the independent realm is Germanic, there's no reason Catholicism will come back to it without some catholic realm pushing for that.
2. You could just release the outer kingdoms now. They can do their own fighting, and converting the rest of the world.
3. I'm sure you can call a Great Holy War on them to unite the realms.

1: as above or through liberation revolts.....
2: As above I suggest letting some parts gain independence if your end-goal is not unity. Alternatively just get enough non-aggression pacts with as many of the stronger ones as possible (I suppose you have lots of children).
3-4: Well one thing is to make your current vassals (future independent realms) strong enough. Make sure that they have a strong unified leader (possibly with multiple kingdoms), for easier alliances and more coordinated defences against the invaders. For instance allow one to be strong enough that he can form empire of Frankia, another empire of Britannia etc, one in Russia etc, thus when the Mongols/Aztecs come they will face a strong faction in the first place, and a faction you can better help.

I do suggest keeping a good sized empire for some generation in order to help those new independent realms along (Scandinavai, Germany, Italy and parts of eastern Europe perhaps). The letting the parts go gradually.

You're creating an imperialistic "world conquering" empire killing thousands of people to see your vision come to reality. I know this is just a game, and we're all doing this for fun but that made me laugh. I want to stop the genocide so I'll kill all these people and force them to change their ways! YEAH!

I've done similar things with over bloated HRE's and Byzantine empires. Getting on the emperor throne and then making a load of kingdom titles I then release later and give independence. Possibly changing religion and/or culture in the process, it does make a different and interesting world.
Good luck with the genocide, hopefully you won't get genocided in the process by the Aztecs. Although a grand epic war between Reformed Germanic pagans VS Aztecs would be pretty glorious win or lose.

I dont have a problem with genocide in a game. Its just a historical process, we as a species genocide each other every x years. And in a game where war is fundamental is just a common thing.

But christians commiting genocide is something i dont like. That contradict the very essense of the religion.

I agree with the german vs aztecs. We will have lots of people sacrificed to the gods mwahahah
