I'm playing as Castille. I just got QFTNW plus 2 of the ideas. Should this not automatically trigger? The one thing I'm unsure of is the trade node/sea province aspect. I have a merchant in Sevilla and Bordeaux. Not sure if that is saying I need one in like the north sea or western europe...etc*
