Day 1: 1. Ally with Castile, who usually has "protective" opinion on you-- they wanna vassalize you
2. If Castile rivals England, pick the mission "save Basque people from Labourd"-- you get a claim on this province
3. Build 1 mercenary infantry
4. Royal Marriage with Portugal (a potential ally in future)
5. set your national focus to military power, since your rule has 0 in military section.

Day 2: 1. After you ally with Castile-- immediately declare war on England, and try to seize two English provinces in the continent Bordeaux (an important province that enable you to control the Bordeaux trade node) and Labourd before French army besiege them. Beware of the position of 8k English troops in that region. Your primary goal is to put one infantry on two English provinces before French came and meanwhile not to be destroyed by English troops. Let Castile deal with Portuguese, whom allies England at the start of the game.
2. Meanwhile fabricate claims on Aragon's provinces East of your border.
3. improve relationship with Castile, who is your fighter and protector against any hostilities.
.....
After your victory over England, France's attitude will turn "hostile" toward you, and will warn you.
What you should do is immediately declare war on Aragon before the warning from the blue bloc. The combined force of Castile and Navarre should able to crush Aragon and Naples, and you can seize two provinces from Aragon. (in some cases Aragon will declare war on you before your war with England finished. That can only be better, since defensive war=less AE)

Whatever situations come upon you, by the end of two war with England and Aragon, you would have 5 povinces, the largest share of trade power in Bordeaux trade node, the ability to supply 10k troops and lots of light ships and a few advisors, and friendly relationships with Castile and Portugal (it is advisable to ally with P as soon as the war end).
After that, you can have lots of choices: wait and to be a peaceful colonial nation, use every diplomatic mean to crush the blue bloc in the north (you need to ally with Burgundy or Austria besides Castile at least), vassalize Brittany (using trade conflicts), and of course, continuing eating Aragon's Spanish possessions.
