Naval stacks

I have another question.

I know the db/misc file limits the air unit stacks to a maximum of 4 divisions.

My question; is it possible to limit the size of ground and naval stacks also? If so, how?

No, but you could increase stacking penalty and decrease commander limits.

I have another question please.

When a nation is liberated it recieves extra IC, 6IC if I remember correctly.

How can I stop this? 6IC is too much for many of these third world nations. I would rather eliminate the extra IC and ad a few IC to the map.

The extra IC is added by event in the "ai_revolters.txt" file - in the vanilla game, this is found in the events folder.
