They said they were going to nerf baseline superiority from 100 -> 75, which doesn't do nearly enough. It just means you need slightly more bathtubs, which are still less than half the price of the cheapest destroyer.
I'll just say since the dev corner, this is not actually the case anymore. Dev corners are early snapshots of what we are working on, this means they can be incomplete, not final and open to feedback. In this case since then I've been working on balancing prospective supremacy values of various builds and even did a few small code change myself to improve the calculation. The current supremacy values are looking pretty good with bathtubs and roaches being up to 4x less IC efficient than capitals and never being equal on IC efficiency.
