Is there a way to increase the range on ships, beacuse its really annoying to have to keep rebaseing my ships every 3500 km. When I use the h-class it has a range of 3500 km and so do super carriers.

There is no "in-game" method of increasing the range - if you really want to do so, you could always edit the unit files.
