Testing out Road to 54 playing the Nordic Empire. Got hold of Azores and Cap Verde so I can control the Atlantic, but then the bloody Brittish Empire sweeps in, declare war on Portugal, my little war is force-joined to theirs and and in the peace I get nothing.

...so I edit the save file to get my islands back (both state and province parts) but for some reason the ports will no longer add to my naval range. The ports are apparently mine since I get convoys there to support the troops.

Ayone who knows what I might do wrong?
