There's alsoAs mentioned previously, any boost to AA values also results in more planes being shot down, so it should be done with care.

The real problem is that a single AA stat in sane reality should have been rendered as 3 separate ones:
- AA evasion (how easy it is to hit this particular ship from a plane)
- AA defense (damage reduction upon hit)
- AA attack (actual outcoming fire)
