Im not sure if this has been reported before.
I was playing holland and all my harbours were under blockade and as a result my trade incom was heavilly reduced. But then England took my capital containing my COT, which should be another burden. To my suprise my income raised, somehow I lost the blockade reduction. Ie if a province with a port is controlled by an enemy the blockade doesnt work.
I havent double checked this so I could have overlocked something. I used the nov 26th beta during this particular game.
