What lines do I need to remove from the save file to keep my Allies (over whom I have military control) from stupidly moving their fleets around and getting themselves killed -- I'm looking at you Italy with your suicidal desire to engage the Royal Navy head-on with your obsolete battleships.

Any suggestions on how I can fix this?

Don't know which lines to remove, but me for one, just move the entire italian navy into my section in the save game file and then they belong to me. The other navies I frankly don't bother with.

Another approach is to buy their navy and them deploy them myself.
