I would love to be able to keep the natural resource overlay open while building roads. Might be useful for ground pollution and wind as well. It would also be nice to have the natural resource overlay available at the start of the game.

Awesome game, really enjoying it!

Yeah, I would like to be able to toggle overlays simultaneously as I am building. Natural resources is the obvious one, but I'd also like to keep it open while I am building/upgrading streets to work on traffic/noise pollution, and many other things.

I think this is a pretty commonly requested feature, though.
