Is there a reason why integrating a Native American country (as another Native American country - such as forming a federation) causes your nation to take all of said nation's tribal lands that are owned by other nations? Thus making the situation where, France has colonized most of the Mikmaq's tribal land, but then a federation is formed with Mikmaq, and said federation suddenly gets all of that French land, with France losing all cores there because they had been territorial cores, for example. This seems like a significant oversight, as it essentially gives the natives free access to European lands and any institutions in those provinces, with little loss on their part. I'm playing in the beta, but I suspect that this is a thing in 1.32 as well.

Similarly, why doesn't declaring war on a colony as a native nation call in the colony's overlord? This seems like a real easy way to wipe out colonies, especially when they don't have any military initially. It doesn't make any sense that the overlord would not protect their colonies.

The issue with tribal land and colonizers definitely seems like a bug.

The second issue is working as designed. Countries with their capital in colonial regions can attack colonial nations without auto-calling the colonizer, and vice-versa the colonial nation can attack them. The overlord can also use enforce peace when their colony is attacked. So this is more an AI not using the tools given it/difficulty of balancing a design option.

When testing for the bug report, I did notice that this only happens when the native nation has passed the 'settle tribe' government reform. So this doesn't look like it'll happen for all natives, but it definitely will happen for some (Huron, Iroquois).
