I'm not sure if I'm the only one bugged by this, but with colonizers you can now choose your approach to the natives, and the peaceful coexistence one reduces the probability of a native attack by 100% - i.e. to zero.
This seems a lot stronger than the other options to me, as even a 50% reduced probability still runs a fairly high risk of your fledgling colony being wiped out, especially in provinces where the natives are more powerful (Africa, New Zealand). I would probably very rarely choose another policy.
Perhaps if all provinces I was currently colonizing had no to very few natives. If they even have 1000 natives with 5 aggressiveness, the trade-off seems heavily in favor of avoiding the attacks. Thoughts?
