As you probably know, there are two one province religions in this game: Judaism and Zoroastrianism. Now, should one of these religions convert (Very unlikely to happen not on purpose, but could be fun to do it deliberately, like playing a shamanist sweden) the nations they are present in (Ethiopia and Timurids at the start of the game, respectively) they should have special decisions to form nations:

For a jewish nation:

RESTORE THE [united] KINGDOM OF ISRAEL

"In the ancient times, the jewish have held a properous kingdom in the southern levant. They have been banished by the Babylonians and returned after Cyrus the great of the Achaemenid empire has conquered their land from Babylon. Now, 1500 years after their second banishment, by the romans, they have once again returned to their homeland and restored their ancient kingdom."

Condition:
State religion is Judaism

Requirements:
Owns Jerusalem, Gaza, Naabulus, Sidon, Ajlun and Al Karak.
Has cores on Jerusalem, Gaza, Naabulus and Sidon.
The religion in Jerusalem is Jewish.

Effects:
Changes name to "Kingdom of Israel"
Changes goverment to "Judean Monarchy" (+10% missionary strength +30% manpower cap) (Basically a theocracy but with the heir being via dynasty and not via event) (Gets a unique diaspora return mechanic which ill do tomorrow)
Moves capital to Jerusalem.
Changes national ideas to this: http://extended-timeline.wikia.com/wiki/Israel
Gain 25 prestige
Changes opinion towards you of the Achaemenid empire (If exists) by +50
For the rest of the campaign gets the following effects:
+2 Yearly Prestige

For a zoroastrian nation:

RECLAIM THE MIDDLE EAST

"The zoroastrian religion once extended all the way from greece to india, in the form of a glorious empire, the biggest until it's time, the empire has fallen but was re-constituted a few hundred years later until the muslims conquered persia. Now the zoroastrians have restored their nation to it's great extent, and once again rule a powerful empire."

Condition:
State religion is zoroastrian
Persia does not exist

Requirements:
Owns and has cores on Kuzestan, Hamadan, Shiraz, Hillah, Thessaloniki, Derajat, Gharbeyya, Darnah and Balkh.

Effects:
Changes name to "Persian Empire"
Changes the national ideas (I'll do them later, you can suggest some in the comments)
Changes goverment to Feudal Monarchy
Changes to Muslim or Eastern (I'm not sure which) tech group.
Changes goverment rank to Empire
Gain 50 prestige
Gain claims on the Persian, Middle east, Greek and Cyrenaica regions.
For the rest of the campaign get the following effects:
-95% Accepted culture threshold (Too much? Historically the Achaemenid empire was very tolerent)
+3 Tolerence of Heathens
+45% Administrative efficiency

Why would the Kingdom of Israel change to western tech? If it's because of the diaspora coming back, maybe make it gradual with a chain of events about the people coming back from all over Europe with new ideas picked up from everywhere.

For starters the name of the persia decision should be reclaim Iran not reclaim the middle east. They are seperate geographic regions. Secondly every nation that can reasonably convert to zorastrian can already form persia.

As for the judaism thing. I think its a great idea to have some sort of mechanic for that maybe -10% development cost for a few years to represent the influx of population.

I agree in principle, but your bonuses are over the top- the best nation forming decisions give free integrations, most just give prestige + base tax. A small modifier would be appropriate, with some flavour, but not what you're suggesting. I mean, that -95% acceptance is ridiculous- would the Achaemenids have put a 1 province culture at the same level as Persians?

Well, there are a number of nation forming decisions with larger bonuses, including upping your tech level to a less penalized one, or reforming a horde government.

I'm still of the opinion free PU integtations are better. F.e. You can feed Russia to Lithuania, feed Italy to Aragon and then get it all for (basically) no cost. I think the horde reforming nation decision (manchu) was removed in a recent patch also.

It was removed in 1.11 and re-added in 1.12, iirc. At least they removed the requirement to have a reformed government to use it. I think the Mughals have that too, right?

There are already decisions for a Zoroastrian state that tempt them into retaking Persia, and expanding into India... And once enough land is taken, they can >form< persia, and set it to Empire. Persian Empire done!

Ya i know about the problems with christians, forced conversions, persecutions, they have been banished from castille from what i know. Knew they were accepted in morocco, didn't know about the other countries, now that i have checked, i'll remove it.

But... Empire is gov. rank. Not for name of state...

There is already a persia though... Any suggestion?

Did you get inspired by the japan thread these boni are just insane

Boni?

For starters the name of the persia decision should be reclaim Iran not reclaim the middle east. They are seperate geographic regions. Secondly every nation that can reasonably convert to zorastrian can already form persia.

The achaemenid empire ruled pretty much all of the middle east...

And the timurids can't form persia, they can form the mughals from what i remember.

Ya i wasn't sure about the culture acceptence, though they were so tolerent, for example, that the in-game three province israeli culture at the time, was accepted.

Maybe 80%, but not lower than that.

And the timurids can't form persia,
Sure they can. Punch QQ in the face for Tabriz, annex Tabarestan, move capital to a Persian-cultured province, sell Uzbek provinces to the Uzbeks as needed until Persian is dominant, accept cultural shift, reform government, form Persia. They're pretty much the easiest country to form Persia as, since they don't have to fight the Timurids to do it.

Missionarie bonus makes no sense for a jewish nation.

It's not usual to become Hew by converting. You are mostly born a jew as far as I know.

So Isreal should have a malus.
