Hello!

Is there any option to reduce Nationalist Sentiment message spam?

I just formed HRE with burgundy, and now every god damn second i get one of these messages, its quite annoying.

You don't seem to have included the event in your picture, but if it's the one I'm thinking of, it's caused by your high infamy.

Does infamy have anything to do with rebels???

Oh yeah, that was the one I was thinking of. Basically it can start firing when your infamy hits 80% of max and gets more common the higher it gets. Low stab and legitimacy make it more common too. Since you're at like 3 times your bb limit, -1 stab and ~50 legitimacy it's pretty much going at its maximum rate.

But increasing stab isnt. Do that. ASAP. Some advisers can help you with upping your legitimacy. Nice empire you got there btw.

So now low legitimacy is also causing rebels? Ty for the empire btw!

I only repeated this. I have no idea if low legitimacy can cause rebels, I havent experienced it yet. What I do know is that low legitimacy can influence that event you got there to spawn more often.
