Nationalist China stealing my teritory!

OK I'm very confused, playing the Soviets and driving down into China taking over Chinese provinces controled by Japan, who I'm at war with.

I've garisoned the border provinces I have with Nationalist China as they are part of the Allies and I dont really want to be bothered by them.

Now comes the trouble. They keep walking infantry into to my territory and taking it over. How can they do this?

Other than both of us being at war with Japan I cant see any reason they can do this. I'm not granting military access to any other nation and we are in seperate alliances yet they can wander into my territory and soon as the arrive it becomes theirs, I just dont get it. Any suggestions ideas who I can prevent this? It getting very annoying and I dont really want to declare war on the allies just because Nat China is being annoying.

Using version 1.06c and CORE 0.90 so I'm not sure wher the issue is, couldn't seem to find anything searching to forums.

Try it the other way round.
drive into your old provinces (first occupied by japan, now by soviets).

I would have to say cheat with control cheat and stop them from move in there or modify the scenario in scenario builder and remove some chinese troops. Or simply do what you don't want but will have to do if you wan't to win DOW them.

They keep walking into those provinces because it's probably theirs to begin with. If you hover your mouse over one of the Chinese provinces in terrainmapmode, you get a popup telling you who owns and who controls that territory. If it says "Owned by Nationalist China controlled by the Soviet Union" they can walk in whenever they want and and just to show you their gratitude your troops are out of supply as well .

To solve this, you can either attempt to get military access to stop your troops from starving and move them out although it will take them a long time to get the job done, send them as Expeditionary forces to help the Chinese after you have conquered Manchukuo and Korea, or DOW the Allies and annex China, although the engine has problems with a threesided war and may act up.

That's what I figured how ever unrealistic it may be, I seriously doubt Stalin would be kind enough to let the Chinese have any of their territory back if the couldn't hold it or take it back themselves.

I ended up just removing the Nats from the Allies and declaring war on them.

War wont be lasting much longer anyways, Axis are down to Japan, Argentina and Paraguay at this point...
