Let's be honest: one of the hardest, but most rewarding and fun achievements one can accomplish in CKII is the survival of the Kingdom of Nubia. And it's an accomplishment I'm proud to say I've managed to pull off twice in my CKII career, including one such game where I pushed on to the 1400s and would love to convert to an EUIV game.
Now, I know it's absolute and complete favoritism, but after folks like the Roman Empire and Jomsvikings, I have to feel a surviving Nubia should be somewhere up the list for import-only nations (okay, fine, it's a very similar state to the later Funj.. who I have had mildly less success with in EUIII than I have with Nubia in CKII) to get some ideas.
Of course, any missions seem like they'd revolve around crushing Egypt and, well... if you're Nubia, you've probably done that to avoid the Fatimids murdering you in CKII.
