Is that -0.05% monthly autonomy? Or -5%?

Basically, it reduces autonomy by an extra 0.6% per year. aka. insanely awesome!

These guys are like the most stable state in EU4 history: lower unrest, lower stability cost, lower accepted culture threshold, etc :)

Yeah, this guys are born to rule, literally. Theirs could become a huge empire with that stability help they get from NIs.

First idea is empty save for the "+1"...

Otherwise an interesting set. Quite cavalry oriented.

Looks more anti-revolt oriented, with the -1 unrest, -.05 autonomy (I've not seen a lot of such bonuses, leads me to suspect this is quite useful), and stab cost reduction. 10% cavalry power and cost is a joke compared to what we currently see from Poland, hordes, and several Muslim tech nations.

This is the type of set I'd like to see more of. No one stat is over the top (maybe the autonomy, still have to see how that mechanic is going to play), and they play to a single theme. Even the cavalry bonuses contribute to the overarching theme of a stable and secure empire with an elite military class. Granted, the cav bonuses themselves aren't amazing, but the sum of these ideas play well together.
