So we have only 16 more old countries which will get NIs in AOW. Given how exotic known countries are - Provance, Trebizond and Mogadishu - I have absolutely no clue how other will look like; I would beg for Aztec/Inca NIs but given how AOW revolutionizes tags and nations in America, I am not sure what happens with them (although I guess we will have some NIs here).


Hm... Any bets?

- Majapahit
- Sioux
- Finland
- Ucraine
- Wallachia
- Albania
- Georgia
- Afghanistan/Durrani

I'm a huge fan of +1 legitimacy and that 20% fort defense is going to be really annoying for the Ottomans(which is a good thing)!

You have a very strange definition of "really annoying".

Trebizond is going to be long dead before it gets 6 ideas in most games, and if it isn't, an extra month of sieging is not going to be a deal breaker.

Im glad smaller nations that 'have no chance' are getting nice idea sets. Starting as a Great Power is its own reward (not saying their NIs shouldn't be nerfed) and starting as a smaller nation should have its own perks. I think it gives more of an incentive to play those small nations.

Ukraine; Georgia and Wallachia I hope too. Albania has mostly a brief appearance so I don't care. Finland should use Swedish ideas. (Sweden should not be able to loose Finnish as an accepted culture. Only by decision if Finland is lost.)
Outside Europe I'm not that interested, but hey IDEAS for everyone if not that's racist by modern day logic. ( But ideas is for everyone because flavour is N I C E )

Some agreement with you, I'm a big fan of getting more ideas for revolter nations and non-1444 nations. Some ideas for Ukraine/Northumberland/Funj/Jolof etc would be great.

Overall like it. However, the proposed traditions are frankly useless. It would make more sense to switch them with Terminus of the Silk Road and Pontic Mountains.
