I absolutely love the -33% core-creation and -15% culture threshold with Ottoman, they are unique and combined with proper idea group the effect is devastating.

Castile ideas, meanwhile have too many naval enhancement thus are not very useful.

Poland has good ideas, but they aren't the best.
Castiles give solid land combat bonuses as well as excellent colonial and missionary-bonuses. I can easily live with the single naval bonus.

While I like both Brandenburg and France's ideas, I do prefer Brandenburg's super soldiers. In addition to that, I find some of France's ideas to not be particularly useful, such as the vassal income and diplo annexation cost, native tax and manpower increase, and fort maintenance reduction.
