I know that CBs created via "Justify Wargoal" diplomatic option expire in a couple months, but do CBs created via National Foci expire too? And if so, how quickly?

They should be forever. At least I'd never saw a expiration date behind the wargoal.
Created through the diplomatic option: 2 Months
Created through a National Focus or special event: 2 Years with exceptions where they do not expire
Created through a National Focus or special event: 2 Years with exceptions where they do not expire
Or if you are Japan, and start war with China and then goes for the South Expansion NF (where you can declare war to UK and Netherlands) it will last for 2 years OR you defeat China, then you have to justify war or wait for german-polish war for danzig and join Axis.
