Recently playing a game as Denmark > Scandinavia and looking up some guides to improve my experience, I discovered that national events by Denmark, Sweden and Norway cease to fire when you make the tag change to Scandinavia. Most people have advised against forming it due to this issue. Is this a bug? Or is it WAD? It seems kind of like an oversight not to include those events.
