Current game as Japan, I lowered war support in favor of stability. Not only is stability much better but I've yet to see evidence of land unit attack and or defense bonuses from anywhere being applied in combat.
Looking at National Defense State focus tool tip while having 78% war support now reads 'Gain base war support: +10.00%.
1, I don't see this as being worth a 70 day focus.
2, War support is going to max out over time with world tension.
3, What an unwelcome trade off for Total Mobilization.
4, Will it change back after 100% war support?
5, If this is our National Defense plan, Japan is in trouble.
