I want to make a national claims mod,so i want to know how i can change national claims for the game?HoI 1.06b without mods

If I am not mistaken, such a mod has already been done by someone, it was included into CORE. But then, if you do one, I want Mariehamn as Swedish core! 
Do you want to add claims during the game or at the start? To add at the start just add the province numbers to that country's nationalprovinces list. If you want to add during the game you will need to learn event scripting. See Havard's site to get started. (Note: many claims in the game are not present at the start so that they can't be demanded and gotten without war.)

Sweden has had a strong claim to Mariehamn, although it has been mostly dropped by now, during WWI, the swedes worked tirelessly to get Åland (Mariehamn), they even considered joining the central powers to get it, and during the anarchyy of the russian revolution, they landed an amphibious force under some strange rear admiral to get it.
