[ ... ] bitter fighting in Persia, [ ... ] last-gasp nuclear retaliation. (I would have saved one warhead for Ragnapur, but I don't blame Jodokus for being a bit annoyed at Quebec.) [ ... ]
QUOTED for EPICNESSWinter is coming, and it's no joke to fight in Finland in winter
QUOTED for EPICNESS
Is East Asia to the point where they out-IC the rest of the world put together yet?
Actually it's the worst part: the better part's located in the Pacific, dishing out the odd kick in the groin around Hawaii as you may recallEven more so with the best part of Italian navy sitting in the Mediterranean =]
Yes, I recall spending some time arguing that you should let Japan have those provinces back. In hindsight I should probably have begged you to annex Japan instead, meh...In Eu3 Japan was nearly annexed by a joint operation of India and Indonesia, but for political reasons we returned the land.
Yup. The Pax Americana has been in place ever since the Americas were divided into a Norwegian and an Italian sphere. In fact I will say Japan and Indonesia have fought the most out of any of the 3 power blocks during the course of the game.
I say now that Axis is gone, the "Allies" should totally peace Oceania and DOW Eastasia, because otherwise danomite and the Jakalope will definitely destroy them. Foels, kill the East, or at least suitably chasten them?!
All hail his Mupdatingness!Because you're the lovable mupdating leader?
Hope you'all will post a linkie to the next game.
carillon said:I don't know what you are talking about. My army is mainly regular troops. The only militia I have or have had even when fighting you were coast guarding.
The AI must have screwed you up, then, because all I saw in Denmark was militia.
Well, in fact I did. Five or six pages ago. It may have been lost in the chatter. Get thee to the CK MP forum.

I was very surprised that Georgia didn't nuke Indonesia> Obliterating Bengal could actually won the war for Axis. (i guess Jodokus wasn't sober enoughGerman AI was nuked (unless they were under your command)
And indeed, its shame that German armies havent consisted much other than militia, but nuking even a empty zero value province proves sometime a point.
12 divisions and lv 10 coastal fort and you have impregnable island, more or less. (probably more if attacker has that most modern amphibious limit tech)I do have a defensive line there, even if one of those garrisons starved to death before thanks to the damn convoy AI![]()
Well, it looked like a slightly losing situation, but Allied DOW sealed the fate. Nuking Bengal could probably make for WP, as Eastasia would lose half of its industry (and 500 Malaysian divisions would fight at huge penalty from dissent, assuming Japanese could supply them), and assuming retaliatory strike against Georgia/Finland, you would have intact industry of Oceania, which was bigger than Axis. But no it's moot point.Golle also says that it was clear to all four of us that we were going to lose; it was not clear to me, at least not before the pocket at Ashgabat closed. I thought were were holding firmly in Persia and could repair the weakness of our front in Kazakhstan, then outproduce and strangle EastAsia. Perhaps I had not fully grasped the desperateness of the Georgian and Finnish manpower situation. The Alliance DOW was a bit of a disaster too, of course.
Finland is still fighting; the Norwegian and Italian troops got out of the collapse in Persia and are preparing to hold a last redoubt in Finland proper, the geographical area that forms the nation in OTL. Winter is coming, and it's no joke to fight in Finland in winter; and the factories continue to churn.
That said, the wild card are stille[sic] the Allies. Their decision will probably decide the outcome of this situation too. They can easily doom Oceania, and probably save it too.
For KoM, it's never a joke to do X in Y in winter.
No.
