We are in October 1947; Prussia and China are gone, Georgia will soon follow, Finland may or may not survive but will certainly be much reduced in size, and Norway has not yet begun to fight.
The question is, will it ever?

Asia can build a navy I think the same size as Oceania AND produce the military to invade Europe and North America at the same time at this point.
