so I noticed that Napoleon has leader ratings of 6-6-6-2.
I had always thought that the highest value a leader could have was a 5, guess I'm wrong.
Is there a certain time the game must reach before a leader with a 6 value comes around? or are there leaders with a 6 early on for some country that I have just never noticed?

Frederick the Great of Prussia comes to mind :) I havn't played any games as Prussia yet surprisingly enough seeing as I my lineage hails from ancient Prussian territories but his father father's also a field general in the game to isn't he? I believe he's almost as good as well.>Well at least historically he should be<

I think Nelson should be the best admiral in the game.

Yea man, Nelson is 6/6/6/0. That makes him the best.
BTW if you're one of those countries that gets one of those generals (or something close) then thats when it pays off to be quality / offensive late in the game. Assault them!

I dunno, Fredrick the Great (For me) lasted almost untill his natural death. He died assaulting Hanoi in the Prusso-Vietnamese war.

Napoleons really the only one that I see having problems assaulting often....
But, France has plenty of other good generals to assault if Napoleon dies.

I'm surprised that Blücher, Bagration, and Kutusov are not in the list. But I guess Blücher's slight dementia, and Bagration's and Kutusov's "great" performance at Austerlitz brought their stats down...

And BTW, in that Nappy´s Ambition scenario, the fortresses are way to big. It can take like two years to capture one, even as Nappy.

Damn!:D

Actually, to be honest, I don't have a problem with Nappy dying, or taking a large fort with like 15,000 troops in only three months or so.:) Strange, but then again, I usually go right at England...he did end up dying in Germany...but England he seemed more prone to enduring somehow.:p
