How do I get Napoleon on the throne of France in the WC, in my game he remains just an army leader.

You must have had either the event "The french revolution: Radical Republic" or "The French revolution: Republican monarchy." The Napoleon event happens 1799.

USA must have revolted from England and you need to be aristocratic (plus a maybe a bunch of other slider triggers)

The triggers listed by Ironfounderson are for having the revolution events, more than 6 arisocratic and USA existing is required to get the two republican revolutions, which in turn trigger the Napoleon event, beware though, the revolution is bloody.

It doesn't actually matter whether the USA has revolted from, specifically, England though; it just has to exist.

Yea in my game Louis XVI reigned for the entire Napoleonic Wars. I think, as the other posters have pointed out, I was not at all Aristocratic so I didn't get a bloody Revolution.
