Name sizes

Does anyone know if there is a limit to the length a leader's name can be? I know that most, if not all, of the leader names that are already in the game only use last names and sometimes initials. I was wondering if this was because of a limit or just simplicity.

Same question about ministers, although I did notice that they mostly have full names, so if they have a limit it's probably not a problem.

Well I ran a test and there doesn't apper to be an upper limit. I put in a 50-character name and the game didn't crash.
However, the name did extend under the picture and out into the main screen area after the leader had been selected.
So for asthetics I'd say 'bout 26 characters. But if someone isn't concerned about looks I'm guessing they can make the name as long as they want.

There was a bit of an unoffical limit of around 15 to 20 on the names, Thai names are especially troublesome to fit in if you use their full honorary names....
It would be interesting know the maximum length of the names in "half length" and "full length" characters like i and w
