Until they make cadet branches a thing that affect monarchies, which I doubt they will sadly, I don't see this happening. While it would be nice if the family system would actually exist and different cadet branches of the family would effect different things in terms of succession and unions, whenever people talk about giving monarchies more attention in the family stuff people say that's CK's job despite the fact that EU IV spends 55 years in the Medieval Period and countless wars were fought over sucession and unions and were instrumental in shaping Europe during the mid and late game, but no, "it's CK's job to show monarchy families" no one else is allowed.
