France, Francia
The normans assimilated quite fast, so they became part of the northern french cultural sphere. So unless this is a wildly different alt history were the northmen never really became "normans" but instead retained their norse language and culture, there's no real reason to invent a new name.

And if that's this alt history, then "France" means the land of the Franks, so I doubt the northmen would just keep that name. It would just me a new "land of the Northmen" instead, probably named after a memorable leader (Hrolfriki ?).

I'm not sure why you're expecting any answers different from the ones you got last week.

Norman England was still called England. Norman Sicily was still Sicily. Norman France would still be France.

I'm not 100% on when the name changed, but I believe prior to the Norman conquest, its inhabitants called it Englaland. True, Normans are too close to modern English for a Norman name for a country to realistically not be the same as its modern English name, but it's not a completely absurd question.

Much like Castile started being a small part of León and over time became the name for a much larger territory (including León), if Normandy had covered the whole territory of France, the whole of France could have been called Normandy in the end.

If by Normands you mean the Normans established in Normandy : no. When the Hauteville arrived on Sicily they were already speaking the Oïl dialect that we call Normans (with little influence from Norse as it only gave 200 words indicating a quick linguistic assimilation in the culture of Neustria/Normandy ; you can also see this when looking at English which is related to the Norman dialect, most loan words from Norse origin predate William and were integrated way before the Norman Conquest). So Normans of Sicily were speaking """French""". But it doesn't matter as administration used Latin, and a bit of Greek and Arab (depending on who produced the document and for who it was produced).

Rollo and his Northmen were assimilating to local Langue D'Oil (French) / marrying local girls really early on - and received the county from Charles III in 911 AD. That's merely 44 years after CK3's start in 867. You want to change that course of history? How about being able to play Rollo in 867? And how about if you are not playing Rollo (AI does) he will systematically invade England in 1066 no matter what?

Rollo never does anything in the start unless you make him a ruler yourself, then it's just some random northman. I have never seen Normandy invade England when I start in 867, is there some sort of mod where the ai does that?
