Started off as the Tulunid Sultanate of Egypt in 867, with the goal of recreating one of my oldest and most successful games. Second generation in I decided to flip to Nestorian for the fun of it, and since I'm fond of reviving dead religions. The year is about 920 and I've managed to conquer the entirety of East Africa as well as the Kingdom of Africa, forming the Empire of Abyssinia. I also have portions of Arabia (including Mecca and Medina) and Jerusalem under my control. Additionally, I'll work my way towards the Nestorian holy sites of Baghdad and Hamadan over time.
For the life of me though, it doesn't seem quite right to use the name "Abyssinia" when I did not start off in East Africa nor am I of one of the native cultures. Any naming suggestions then for an Egyptian Nestorian Empire?
