Mzab idea groups

What are your ideas on idea groups to choose as Mzab?
I'm going for the Unlikely Candidate (Mzab->Andalus) and Third Way (Only Ibadi Muslim provinces in the world) achievements.
Religious seems like an obvious choice, but should it be my first?

That's the exact ones I did the achievement with. Quantity was my first pick.

4th group was admin.

I would go either defensive/quantity first, then Religious. You will get free CB's on basically everyone. I remember doing an Oman playthrough with this and snowballed like crazy.

not trade diplo for more provinces and reduced diplomatic actions, decreases also the ae faster, trade is just good as 4th or 5th before that the trade mzabs owns is not that large.
