It's not intended. Gods should only be able to convert to other polytheistic religions, and should only do so very rarely. It looks like I missed one way of converting.

Has anyone had any success with vassalizing tributaries as dragon tribe?

While I could create a lot of small tributaries (mostly by exploiting the AI) keeping the tribute status intact for 15 years is very RNG. Either their leader dies, I die, or someone conquers them.

And even if you get through the truce, vassalizing requires another war. I honestly don't see how draconic tribals are supposed to keep up with the other tribals around them.

Draconic tribes focus more on gaining lots of tributes, then feudalising with their special decision, which instantly vassalizes all of their tributes rather than normal tribes use of conquest CBs.
I am considering changing the mechanics of vassalizing tributes. An option I'm considering, which I have tested before while they were in development, is that when a ruler dies, their heir can chose whether to remain a tribute, pay a lump sum to get out of it, declare war to get out of it, or become a vassal. The suzerain would not be able to declare a war to force them to become a tribute. I originally didn't like it since it felt rather random and didn't give much feedback ahead of time, but I think I can use a modifier with a tooltip to give the information.

I have made the switch to feudal and I am far better off than expected, so I do not know how much rebalancing is needed.
The main problem, or lets say annoyance I see is how RNG keeping tributaries are.

Guys, great mod, just love it, but there is one thing that occurs in my game so far, which is bit annoying, there is plenty of gods, actually a way too much. Odin has like 8 children and also other gods who are married. So I counted as much as 24 Norse gods in my first campaign (100 years or so). Is there a way how we can balance this? Maybe use some infertility traits as it is used in other mods? (Middle Earth has pretty good stability, it's not perfect but the concept is there) Thanks, and cheers! you doing great, keep it up :)

I do have plans to rework the gods into off-map titles, which would largely eliminate this, along with the ease of marrying gods, so I don't think it's a good idea to make interim changes to them that I'll just have to delete.

I will bump them up on my priority list, though they won't be in the update for Holy Fury.

I spotted what I think is a bug. When a dragon and a dragonborn marry, their children are all dragonborn but have dragon portraits. I'd expect them to have human portraits, like their dragonborn parent.

Addendum: When I came back to the same save the next day, further dragonborn children did have human portraits.

I used one of the Draconic holy sites to create the Sapphire Flame, which was then conquered by a neighbor. I reconquered the site, but I don't have the option to re-create the Sapphire Flame. Is this supposed to be the case?

The decision checks for
NOT = { is_title_active = e_draconic_pagan_reformed }
But once the flame has been created the title is active so this decision does not show up again.
You either need to add an OR to check if there is currently no holder of the title or create a new decision to reinstate the flame which checks if the title has no holder and only allows it to be recreated in the province it was created in the first place (which needs to be saved in the original creation decision).

A bug with what I assume is the necromancer event chain.

I am currently studying magic (summoning) and I get events where it says I can invite my sister to the graveyard to initiate necromancer training (I think).
Thing is, the "sister" is myself and when I select to invite myself I get another popup where it asks if I follow the invitation

Another thing, since decades there is a 8k stack of zombie raiders of house Lowborn running up and down England tearing up anything. Not sure if that is intended.

Edit 4 (I think):
I landed said 8k zombie (because there was no one who could fight him) and noticed that the description of the damned religion is missing.
In all his years of raiding he also has 10k gold, so perfect banishment material.

I would submit you a file to look at, but due to the glitch in question, it was too large to upload. A courtier, Poseidon, had a couple thousand MYTH_WoL.106/7/8 delayed events targeting him. They don't seem to be going away and are slowing the game to a crawl. The file is massive and I couldn't scroll through the massive list of delayed events, let alone delete them, to see if doing that worked to get rid of the lag.
