I posted this on Reddit already and decided to give this matter more exposure.

Is it just me or do anyone else experience the diffuse textures showing the same specular effect that you get with glass and the 3D floors inside? My current and first building is showing this when the camera is at an angle to the surface. I even tried removing all spec maps and get the same thing happening. Anyone know why this would happen? I don't see it with vanilla buildings.

The image below shows a brick wall completely converted into a glass wall as though a spec map was applied there. But.....

so even if you provide a black _s those reflections show up? didn't had the pleasure so far

i seriouly doubt it's a mipmap problem as suggested in on reddit. if it is, is has to be bug added recently, and it would be a really odd one o_O
usually if you have broken mipmaps in gameengines everything looks entirly broken. like this:

EDIT: i once had a similar behaviour, then i realized i had a few flipped normals
